BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE :

RESERVATION :

Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is advised to book in advance.

The reservation will only be confirmed once the hotel has given his agreement.

When making any reservation, the customer must pay a deposit, by credit card or bank transfer.

The hotel contract is deemed to be concluded upon agreement between the parties.

PAYMENT :

The accomodation benefit is payable no later than the day of departure.

For long terms rentals (1 week and more), bills must be paid weekly.

We accept bank cards : Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express, cash and bank transfer.

By appplication of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot oppose the retention of his baggage if he refuses to pay.

A valid bank card in the customer’s name will be required as a guarantee.

Room rates are per day. Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the customer, subject to legal action for payment of the amount owed.

In the event that you are unable to provide us with a valid credit card, we will be forced to refuse your room rental request.

TOURIST TAX :

The toursit tax is never included in the price of the reservation.

It is in force in the municipality and payable on site.

The amount is 2,16 euros / night / pers.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER :

The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the consumer code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for the article L.121-20 of the customer code.

In the event of a no-show (reservation not cancelled, customer not present) of a reservation guaranteed by bank card, the hotel will debit the customer as a fixed compensation, the amount of the stay on the bank card which was given as a reservation guarantee.

In case of modification or cancellation :

- Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the hotel charges 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

- From 30 to 10 days before the arrival date, the hotel charges 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

- Less than 10 days before the arrival date, the hotel charges 100% of the toal amount of the reservation.

- Deposits paid will not be refunded.

- In the event of interruption of the stay, the full agreed price will be collected.

ACCESS TO ROOMS, DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL :

Any person wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make their identify and that of the persons accompanying them know.

On arrival,unless otherwise agreed by the hotel, the customer cannot demand to occupy the room before 4 p.m.

The nightly rental ends at 11.00 a.m. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged.

Upon departure, the guest must return their room key.

In the event of loss or non-return of the hotel key at the end of the stay, the latter will be billed to the customer from the bank card given as a guarantee at the time of booking or at the time of departure, up to 50 euros.

The customer is strictly forbidden from taking any object whatsoever belonging to the hotel ; he must notify the hotel if he noticed a mistake and return it, otherwise he will be charged for it.

ADDITIONAL BEDS :

A baby bed is charged 60 euros / night

A supplement of 110 euros / night / pers. is applied for an extra bed and/or a sofa bed.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS :

Pets are only allowed under certain conditions, with a supplement of 40 euros / night / animal.

A guarantee of 400 euros will also be required in the event of damage.

A pet is the responsibility of the tenant of the room, it is forbidden to leave it unattended in the room.

Any damage caused voluntarily or involuntarily must be paid by the tenant of the room.

DEGRADATION :

The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Our customer are invited to report any deficiencies to the hotel reception.

In the event of a problem, the customer will have to incur civil liability.

In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement.

The same applied to any infrigement noted after the customer’s departure ; the amount of the compensaton will be debited from the customer’s card.

The hotel may demand, in the event of voluntary or involuntary damage to equipment, objects or furniture belonging to the hotel, full reimbursement with a penalty, and damages of 2000 to 3000 euros.

In the event of flooding or water damage, whether voluntary or involuntary, the hotel may require full reimbursement of the damage caused.

In the event of water damage in other rooms, reimbursement of the nights of other guests will be required.

The hotel may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition that is deemed unsuitable.

In the event of damage, the hotel will demand reimbursement of the damage with a minimum flat rate of 1500 euros for repairs and and to not be able to re-let the rooms.

In general, the customer will have to pay for any damage caused directly to the hotel.

He can call on his insurance, if he wishes to be reimbursed, for any voluntary or involuntary damage that he causes during his stay.

All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of 1 night’s stay for additional cleaning fees to any guest found smoking in their room.

If the guest wishes to continue smoking inside or outside the designated areas, he/she will asked to leave the hotel.

In the event of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations, the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any reimbursement.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of consumption not declared on departure as well as damage to the room.

This amount will be charged to the bank card provided at the time of booking.

The hotel will have no obligation to notify the customer but can provide an invoice upon request.

CLAIM :

Any complaints regarding the quality of services must be presented to the hotel immediately.

SAFETY BOX :

Identify papers and valuables must be placed in the safe provided for this purpose.

FORGOTTEN BUSINESS :

Objects letfs or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided for by the law of march 31, 1896.

If the customer requests the return of their belongings by parcel or mail, this will necessarily be done with tracking and insurance for valuable items.

The shipment will be made after the customer has paid the shipping costs.

CONSUMER MEDIATION :

The customer is informed by the hotel of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute relating to these general conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative method of dispute resolution, under the conditions provided for in Title I Book VI of the consumer code.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE :

The hotel’s internal regulations apply to all reservations.

Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and internal regulations of the hotel.

Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of the contract.

DISPUTES :

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility of contacting the consumer mediator responsible for the professional, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), free of charge, within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.

The referral to the customer mediator must be made.

By confirming his reservation, the customer accepts the general conditions of sale.

In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of these conditions, the hotel will be obliged to ask the customer to leave the establishment immediately, without any compensation.
